Call to Worship
Llamado a la adoración

Leader: I will extol you, O Lord, for you have drawn me up and have not let my foes rejoice over me. O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me. Sing praises to the Lord, O you his saints, and give thanks to his holy name.

All: For his anger is but for a moment, and his favour is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.

Psalm 30:1-2,4-5

Jehová Dios mío, A ti clamé, y me sanaste.

Salmos 30:1-2,4-5

Song/Canción:

To God Be The Glory

Verse 1

To God be the glory

great things He has done

So loved He the world that

He gave us His Son

Who yielded His life

an atonement for sin

And opened the life gate

that all may go in

Chorus

Praise the Lord praise the Lord,

Let the earth hear His voice

Praise the Lord praise the Lord,

Let the people rejoice

Come to the Father

through Jesus the Son

Give Him the glory

great things He has done

Verse 2

O perfect redemption

the purchase of blood

To every believer

the promise of God

The vilest offender

who truly believes

That moment from Jesus

a pardon receives

Verse 3

Great things He has taught us

Great things He has done

And great our rejoicing

through Jesus the Son

But purer and higher a

nd greater will be

Our wonder our worship

when Jesus we see

A Dios Demos Gloria

Verso 1

A Dios demos gloria,

pues grande es él;

Coro

Dad loor al Señor,

oiga el mundo su voz;

Verso 2

Por darnos la vida su sangre vertió;

Jesús al creyente es promesa de Dios;

El vil pecador que de veras creyó

En ese momento perdón recibió.

Verso 3

Dios es el Maestro, potente Hacedor,

Y grande es el gozo que Cristo nos da;

Song/Canción: My Heart is Filled with Thankfulness

Verse 1

My heart is filled with thankfulness

To Him who bore my pain

Who plumbed the depths of my disgrace

And gave me life again

Who crushed my curse of sinfulness

And clothed me with His light

And wrote His law of righteousness

With pow'r upon my heart

Verse 2

My heart is filled with thankfulness

To Him who walks beside

Who floods my weaknesses with strength

And causes fears to fly

Whose every promise is enough

For every step I take

Sustaining me with arms of love

And crowning me with grace

Verse 3

My heart is filled with thankfulness

To Him who reigns above

Whose wisdom is my perfect peace

Whose every thought is love

For every day I have on earth

Is given by the King

So I will give my life my all

To love and follow Him

Sermon/Sermón

Song/Canción: The Church’s One Foundation

Verse 1

The church's one foundation

Is Jesus Christ her Lord,

She is His new creation

By water and the Word.

From heaven He came and sought her

To be His holy bride;

With His own blood He bought her,

And for her life He died.

Verse 2

Elect from every nation,

Yet one over all the earth;

Her charter of salvation,

One Lord, one faith, one birth;

One holy Name she blesses,

Partakes one holy food,

And to one hope she presses,

With every grace endued.

Verse 3

Though with a scornful wonder

Men see her sore oppressed,

By schisms rent asunder,

By heresies distressed,

Yet saints their watch are keeping;

Their cry goes up, "How long?"

And soon the night of weeping

Shall be the morn of song.

Verse 4

The church shall never perish,

Her dear Lord to defend

To guide, sustain and cherish,

Is with her to the end

Though there be those that hate her,

And false sons in her pale

Against a foe or traitor,

She ever shall prevail

Verse 5

Mid toil and tribulation,

And tumult of her war,

She waits the consummation

Of peace forevermore;

'Til, with the vision glorious,

Her longing eyes are blessed,

And the great church victorious

Shall be the church at rest.

Verse 6

Yet she on earth hath union

With God the Three in One,

And mystic sweet communion

With those whose rest is won.

O happy ones and holy!

Lord, give us grace that we

Like them, the meek and lowly,

On high may dwell with Thee.
